Cancellation Policy
Aspire Track Car Hire – Terms & Conditions (Summary) Vehicle: Renault Sport Clio 200 1. Event Renter covers all event costs. Organiser rules must be followed. Vehicle transport is provided. No refunds for cancelled or shortened events. Vehicle must pass noise tests; renter is responsible. 2. General Use 1 driver included; up to 4 allowed (£99 each extra). Lead driver manages usage and is responsible for all drivers. Drivers must be fit, sober, and respectful of the car's limits. Max 20 min sessions; 10 min cool-downs required. No liability accepted for injury or death. 3. Driver Eligibility Full UK or ARDS licence required (no provisional). Licence must be shown on the day. Participation may be refused (no refund) for medical or legal reasons. 4. Insurance No road insurance applies. Optional damage waiver (£99) limits liability to £750. Without waiver, max liability is £3,500. Damage invoices due within 14 days. 5. Vehicle Use Fully prepared with track tyres, safety gear, and fuel. Aspire handles all refuelling (charged separately). No public road use allowed. Driver fitment is the renter's responsibility. Only Aspire may adjust vehicle setup. Refunds issued only if mechanical failure (not driver-caused) ends the day early. 6. Passengers 1 passenger at a time, with harness. Must meet event rules and only ride once drivers are deemed competent. 7. Social Media & Data Event footage may be used for marketing (with consent if individuals are shown). All data is handled per GDPR. 8. Cancellation & Refunds Lead driver is liable for any damage. 50% deposit is non-refundable. Remaining 50% refundable only with 7+ days notice. 9. Optional Add-ons Damage Waiver: £99 (limits liability to £750) Extra Drivers: £99 each
