Cancellation Policy
Aspire Track Car Hire - Default Policy 1. Booking & Payment All bookings must be made in advance. A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment must be completed before or on the day of hire. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 7+ days before the hire date will receive a full refund, minus any fees. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% fee. No refunds within 24 hours of the hire period. 3. Driver Eligibility Drivers must be 18+ years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have at least 12 months of driving experience. 4. Vehicle Use The vehicle is for track use only and must not be driven on public roads unless approved. Return the vehicle in the same condition. Additional charges apply for damages or extra cleaning. 5. Insurance & Liability Basic insurance is included, with an excess for damages. Optional additional coverage is available. Customers are liable for damage caused by reckless driving. 6. Maintenance & Fuel Vehicles are prepped and fuelled before hire. Return the vehicle with the same fuel level or incur additional charges. 7. Conduct Customers must behave responsibly. Aspire may terminate the hire without refund for unsafe or inappropriate conduct. 8. Data Protection Personal data will be handled according to our privacy policy for booking and service purposes. 9. Force Majeure Aspire is not liable for events beyond our control (e.g., weather, track closures). 10. Liability Aspire’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the hire. 11. Governing Law These terms are governed by UK law, and disputes will be handled by UK courts. 12. Policy Changes Aspire reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes. By booking a track car hire with Aspire, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the full terms and conditions.
