Aspire Track Car Hire - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the track car hire service ("Service") provided by Aspire Track Car Hire ("Aspire," "we," "our," or "us"). By hiring a car from Aspire, you ("the Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding with the booking.
2. Booking and Reservation - All bookings for track car hire must be made in advance through our official booking system or via direct communication with our team.A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.Aspire reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
3. Eligibility - To hire a car from Aspire, the Customer must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license recognised in the UK (or country of hire) for a minimum of 12 months. The Customer must possess adequate track driving experience or may be required to provide a record of previous track driving events.
4. Hire Period - The hire period is defined as the duration agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional charges will apply if the hire period exceeds the prearranged time.The hire period includes time spent for car setup, warm-up laps, and cool-down, as well as any instruction or support provided.
5. Payment - All payments for the hire of the track car must be made in full before or on the day of hire unless otherwise agreed in writing.Prices for car hire are listed on our website or as agreed upon booking and are subject to change. The Customer will be notified in advance of any price changes.
6. Insurance and Damage Liability - The hire car is fully insured for use on the track, but the Customer is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the hire period.In the event of damage or an accident, the Customer is responsible for covering the cost of repairs, up to the full value of the vehicle in the case of severe damage or total loss, unless covered by optional additional insurance.The Customer may opt for additional insurance to reduce liability for damages; details will be provided at the time of booking.
7. Use of the Vehicle - The car is for track use only and must not be driven on public roads, unless explicitly agreed in advance by Aspire.The Customer must follow all instructions provided by Aspire, including guidance on safety, car handling, and track etiquette.The Customer agrees to drive the vehicle responsibly and refrain from any reckless or unsafe driving.If the Customer is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that may impair driving, the hire will be terminated immediately, and no refunds will be given.
8. Maintenance and Fuel - Aspire will ensure that the vehicle is fully prepped, fuelled, and ready for use at the start of the hire period.The Customer is responsible for returning the vehicle with the same fuel level as at the start of the hire. Fuel charges may apply if the car is returned with insufficient fuel.
9. Track Tuition Expert tuition may be available as part of your hire package. This will be provided by qualified instructors who will offer guidance on improving your track driving skills.The Customer understands that the instructor’s advice is provided for the purpose of enhancing driving skills and does not guarantee any specific performance or outcome on the track.
10. Cancellations and Refunds - Cancellations made at least 7 days before the hire date will receive a full refund, minus any booking fees.Cancellations made less than 7 days before the hire date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total hire cost.No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the hire period.
11. Customer Conduct - The Customer agrees to behave in a respectful and professional manner towards Aspire staff and other customers at all times.Aspire reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement without refund if the Customer’s conduct is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
12. Limitation of Liability - Aspire’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the hire of the vehicle. Aspire will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the hire car.
13. Data Protection - Personal data provided by the Customer will be stored and processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be reviewed on our website.By booking a car, the Customer agrees to the collection and use of their personal data for the purpose of managing their hire.
14. Governing Law - These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.Any disputes arising from or related to the hire agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
15. Amendments to Terms - Aspire reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The Customer will be notified of any changes to the Terms prior to making a new booking or upon their next hire.
